This is an adaptor that allows you to use standard brass leadscrews nuts, with the X axis ends designed for the leadscrew nuts supplied with Prusa i3s (which have a larger BCD). You'll lose around 8mm from your Z build height, if using a standard Prusa i3 design. This is for the right hand leadscrew - print a mirror image for the left. Thread the two small holes for M3, then secure the adaptor to the x axis end using M3 bolts through the recessed holes. Finally secure the brass nut to the adaptor using M3x10's. Tested on my own MK3 clone - if anyone else uses them on other printers please let me know and i'll create a compatibility list.
