I made these modifications primarily because I wanted the hole that the threaded rod passes through to be slightly larger, given that my printer experienced vibrations when the rod was barely touching this part. With these changes, those vibrations are now gone. To offset the increased size of the hole, I decided to make the part more robust, although it appears I overcompensated just a bit. Note: In accordance with the original design specifications, the threaded rods were not securely held in place; this modification provides even more space for them to move freely. Pictures will be posted shortly. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm layer at 30mm/s or 40mm/s Infill: 80% Notes: I believe a 0.2mm layer setting would also work effectively.
