This is a redesign of Josef's Y-Belt Idler for i3 MK2 extended by a tensioner. Tensioner is realized by one M3 locking nut and one M3x12 hexagon socket screw. The locking nut needs to be built into the Y-Belt Idler from the bottom side with the locking ring of the nut in the direction of the M8 threaded rod of i3 MK2's frame. Afterwards screw M3x12 screw in the nut from the back side of the idler. Install the Y-Belt Idler in the frame, strain the Y-Belt and finaly fix the idler with original M8 nuts and washers. The idler is designed in a way that it does not impact heat bed movement or minimize printing area respectively.
