I designed these parts to eradicate the Z axis lead screw wobble and provide better support to rotation. There wasn't a lot of space to play with, so the design required a change to the T8 Nut lead screw fasteners. The lead screws sit 5mm inside the bearings and the rods also sit a little deeper. The buttons also provide some bearing purchase to the lead screws Rod and bearing holes are designed to be a press fit. Assembly requires stepper motors, rods and lead screws to be parallel / square with the frame (check spacing and frame offsets with callipers). Also check any cable tie overhangs on the X Carriage as the clearances are tight! If you get any vibration on the lead screws then check that the Z axis stepper motor mounts are square to the frame. This design requires two 608 bearings.
