Prusa i3 MK3 PSU cover with rear power input

This is a PSU cover for Prusa i3 MK3 (and MK3S) that has the power input on the back. I recommend that you completely remove the PSU from your printer (including all the wires!) before attempting to install this cover. I did it with all the wires still zip tied to the printer and it was such a pain. The power panic board still fits in this cover. This cover works with the standard rubber feet. You will only need 1x countersunk M3 bolt and 1x M3 square nut. This cover is based on [this step file](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2699771),and was modeled in fusion 360. UPDATE 3-1-2019: 1) Added STEP file. 2) Oriented STL files in proper print direction. 3) Added a version of the PSU_bottom with a gap to allow installation w/o disconnecting wires from PSU.
