For the Prusa i3 MK3S. The MK3 and MMU2 provides a different FS cover I think. When you leave the printer out, dust gathers on it. If it lands on a filament then it will get dragged along with the filament into the hotend, eventually clogging up the nozzle. This issue can be prevented by having a piece of foam clean through the filament as it gets dragged through. This design has a compact foam compartment, and its essentially a modified FS cover. The compartment is a cylinder of diameter 10mm, height 13mm. The foam should be bigger than the compartment so it can really squeeze around the filament. It's assembled identically to the original FS cover, but the lid clips on top
