Prusa i3 Mount for X End-stop [Folger Tech]

After having some difficulty with the Folger's mount for my X axis end stop, I finally made one up that wouldn't break when you adjust or mount it, or rub on the belt. It uses the mounting screws that came with it, and a 4x40x3/4" machine screw (readily available at Home Depot) to join the two halves. There are right and left side versions, depending on your setup, and I have separated it into front and rear pieces if you wish to print them separately. OpenSCAD files are included. N joy! Instructions No nuts were harmed in the design of this. The screws thread nicely into the plastic as long as you don't overtighten. I may include slots for nuts later (let me know if you would prefer it). Pre-thread a 4x40x3/4" (or similar 3/4") screw into the front piece (has 1 section that juts out). You may wish to thread it into the rear half and remove it to make screwing it in later easier. Place the 2 halves around x-axis the rods, and screw the 2 halves together loosely. Align where your x should stop. Screw together firmly, but don't overtighten as you will strip the plastic. You may need to align the 2 parts as they twist a little when going together. Mount your end stop, and away you go! OpenSCAD files included.
