I couldn't get this model to slice in slic3r because of a lot of geometry issues. Spent 2 hours (edit, 4, new model uploaded and it looks 100% ok now...) in blender cleaning things up (not perfect but what the hey) and now it slices properly. Just sharing my work incase anyone else needs it.
