Prusa i3 Simple Arduino Case RAMPS 1.4
thingiverse
This RAMPS 1.4 case design in Freecad addresses a draft issue caused by the fan on the board, while also protecting it from knocks and dust. It consists of two parts: one that secures the RAMPS 1.4 board to the Prusa i3, and another simple case that attaches to the first part. Recently, an update (MK2) was made due to insufficient clearance between the x motor and Arduino. A new ArduinoMountPlate (ArduinoMountMK2.stl) was created to ensure proper clearance, while maintaining compatibility with the original ArduinoCase. Additionally, elastic bands replaced fragile legs for attaching the parts together. The ArduinoCase has also been updated as MK2, removing its weak legs. These improvements can be found on GitHub's Prusa3 repository.
