Easy loading ball bearing spool holder for PRUSA i3 and other printers. Spool spindle length / size optimized for Hatchbox and eSun filament spools (PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU) A hybrid Remix of great designs by jasonalday and butchja: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2492772 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2070272 2 versions of main arm included, one for mounting on a 6.0mm thick PRUSA i3 plate, and another for a 6.65mm thick plate. Hardware > (1) M8 x 45mm long bolt > (2) Skateboard wheel bearings 8x22mm Assembly 1) insert one ball bearing down into the tube opening on threaded end of spool, press into seated position 2) insert M8 x 45mm bolt in same end of spool, that bearing in step 1 was inserted into 3) from opposite side of spool, press bushing spacer over M8 bolt, then press in remaining ball bearing 4) screw M8 bolt into spool holder arm, fully tighten, check for free rotating of spool .. loosen M8 bolt slightly to free bearings if required
