Designed for an E3D v5 hot-end, this Print head was made with the idea to maximize your Z axis travel or build height, it allows for an increase to about 180mm ~ 190mm depending on your print bed height. Hotend: E3D V5 Screws: 2× (M3×8mm) 2× (M3×12mm) angle bracket 4× (M3×16mm) fan shroud 10× (M3×20mm) 1× (M3×40mm) 3× (M3×25mm) 10× Nut M3 Misc: 1× Fan 50mm 1× Fan 30mm 2× LED 5mm 1×Induction sensor 1×Spring Small cable ties **Set the new Z value with M211 command. "If it can be better it should be better" :) Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Reworked Prusa i3 Resolution: 0.175 ~ 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: Suggest using PETG or PLA for the main mount, It cracked in three places when i printed it with ABS. Post-Printing Assembly: **Put the cable ties in the slots first!! Line filament track with 4mm PTFE tubing. The tolerances are quite tight when printing with PLA, so I find that by heating up the M3 hex nuts with a flame they slide into the printed part much easier.
