If you are upgrading your Prusa i3 hotend mount or extruder assemnly, you'll need some way of mounting it to your x rods. Theis x-carriage attaches to the x rods using linear bearings. This x-carriage uses the same four hole mounting system that is used on the Prusa I3 rework 1.5 kit and most designs on thingiverse, so you'll need to print off a compatible x-carriage mount. My Bowden X-Carriage Mount for E3D V6: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2023947 This design uses a clamp to hold the bearings in place rather than using flimsy zip ties. ###Notes Thanks to Josef Prusa. I took inspiration for this design from the Prusa MK2s x-carriage.
