There are two guiding elements. You can choose to place the mount to the left or right side of the coil holder. You must select the guide element accordingly. Of course the part can also be mounted without the Prusa coil holder. To put those two parts together you need 2 small metal sheet screws (2,2 x 9,5 mm).
