This is my first share, I decided to make fully sealed cover made of Ikea Lack tables, with in- and exhaust. ##Equipment: - Prints - obviously - Ikea Lack table - Oak - 3x 436x446x1.8mm PMMA glass panels (or 496x446 for 50mm prints) - 2x 218x446x1.8 PMMA glass doors (or 496x218 for 50mm prints) - Temp/Humi Sensor: aliexpress.com/item/32719650369.html - 2x Enermax T.B.Silence PWM ( UCTB12P ) - 45x45mm Scantling cut into 8x 25mm Piecies - HEPA and Carbon Filters (Not yet selected) ###Update #2 on 18.05.2020: - Added parts versions for resemblance of version control - Hinges with internal diameter change 5.2->5.3mm - Added 50mm parts - Added *_EXT.stl hinges (only for 50mm prints) ###Update #1 on 18.05.2020: One of my hinges broke off. I didn't give it enough margin to rotate as good as possbile. Also working on a strength solution. Current one is to print the plexi holders with hole in the circular shape for 1mm-2mm iron rod. Currently using cheapish, blunt, 1mm drills, which i drill into and cut at the surface. ###Update #1 on 16.05.2020: Currently thinking about good way to seal/overlap the doors. 1st idea is to glue a Felt layer around. (This worked like a charm. PS. do NOT use superglue, its vapors stick to plexiglass) ##NOTES: - Knob requires you to pause print just before height 12.20. You need to insert nut and then continue print. - Ender box is in preparation. Already Goofed up, and glued the thing a bit skewed :/. - 50mm prints are supposed to have dual hinge (top and bottom of the printed part)
