Due to the design of the plexi holders there will also be a 2mm gap on the horizontal edges.

So I made some simple gap fillers that fit quite nicely on my build. The STL files are for 3mm plexi cut to 440x440mm.

I attached a parametric 3ds file where you can adjust for plexi thickness and plexi length to some small degree.
NB - it will not change the length of the rails as they are static to the measures of the IKEA LACK. Adjusting L - length will simly make the groove deeper or shallower. Therefore you can only set values between 440mm and 432mm.

I also had to use a 1,5mm spacer in betweed the legs and bottom parts to make everything fit properly.

What to print:
You'll need two of each vertical fillers and four horizontal for each of the three sides. Havent made any for the door yet.

Print instructions

Category: 3D Printing Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: I3 MK3S

Rafts: Doesn't Matter

Supports: No

Infill: 15%
