Prusa Lack/Platsa filament feeder

This is a filament feeder very similar to the one from Prusa's Lack table design, but I've extended it by 8mm, added M9 threads, and added an M9 washer/nut combo thing to hold it in place. After finding that the guide from Prusa's enclosure wouldn't stay in place very well, I looked for others here on Thingiverse. The one I liked best was @Rimbalin 's, but I found the inner diameter was just a little too small and caused a bit too much friction. (Sometimes tightly coiled PLA would snap as the extruder pulled on it) So I designed this to more or less match the one from Prusa's design and also hold itself in place. Fusion 360 source is included if you'd like to tinker. Enjoy! UPDATE 2019-08-14: Added parameters to the Fusion 360 source file to make adjustments easier, and added a 42mm version for Ikea Plasta as requested by @Merlin2k.
