Prusa Mendel Reprap lasercut side plates

These custom side plates were designed to enhance the stability and alignment of a Prusa Mendel by replacing its 6 threaded rods and vertexes. Made from 6mm MDF, two pieces are lasercut for each side, then bonded with wood glue to strengthen them. For optimal results, consider having these cut out of aluminum or 1/2" MDF. The dimensions are specifically tailored for the Prusa Mendel with 8mm threaded rods. Source code is available on GitHub, while an updated DXF file has been released after fixing potential errors and increasing the slot size for Z-axis support bar adjustments.
