I needed a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W case for my Mini but couldn't find a solution I liked. My wishes:

Mounted out of sight.

Easy acces to the Pi and it's micro sd card.

As open as possible to prevent cooling issues with the Pi or the DC converter.

It schould fit the Pi with a USB HUB HAT and a DC-DC converter connected to the power inlet of the Buddy Board.

The design I made in Fusion 360 screws on the backplate of the Mini with the top 2 screws. The Y axis motor cable runs through the case, as is the 24v power cable from the Buddy board. I split the power before the powerbutton so the Pi is powered as long as the power chord of the Mini is connected.

DC-DC converter: https://www.amazon.nl/gp/product/B07RGB2HB6?psc=1

USB HUB HAT: https://www.amazon.nl/gp/product/B07PMCCF1W?psc=1

I included the step file.
