Prusa Mini Dovetail LCD Mount

<h5><strong>General:</strong></h5><p>I wanted a way to mount my LCD on the side of of my Z axis (or near there) in order to free up the right side of the Y extrusion for a better angle for my Octoprint webcam. &nbsp;When I didn't find any good options I decided to design something quick and dirty to get the job done.</p><p>The LCD mount piece is just an edited version of the official Prusa one chopped down a bit to reduce its overall size to just the required socket portion, then I added a sliding dovetail to the back which then slides into the generic female dovetail piece. In my install I super glued the female piece to the side of the thick version of <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/51415-prusa-mini-z-axis-brace">this z brace</a> that I have installed.</p><h5><strong>Remix Ideas:</strong></h5><p>I made the female mount piece specific to my needs but you could easily adapt this design to have that portion mount into the extrusion with some T-nuts or make one that mounts to the popular mini handle etc.</p><h5><strong>Print Instructions (same as in 3mf file):</strong></h5><ul><li>0.20 quality setting</li><li>Supports on enforced areas only<ul><li>This is required since the dovetail bottom is offset slightly so that everything is flush when mounted in the female dovetail piece.</li></ul></li><li>15% infill</li></ul><h5><strong>Hardware Needed:</strong></h5><ul><li>M3 hex nut</li><li>M3 x 12 screw<ul><li>You might have to use a longer one depending on how deep your LCD screw hole is. They seem to vary depending on when you got your printer. &nbsp;Alternatively you can use a longer screw and trim it short enough to your setup so that it clears the back of the dovetail piece.</li></ul></li></ul>
