A fan spacer that's designed to hold a 1x2 DuPont (2.54mm pin header) socket to hold an LED to illuminate your nozzle. Wires can be run through the standard extruder cable bundle. It's slightly off-center specifically so it doesn't obscure the nozzle if you're looking at your printer from the front.

Bonus feature: If your LED gets damaged or blobbed, just pull the dead one from the socket, and insert a new one! :-)

I tapped off the 3.3v supply on the SWD header on the MINI board, but you can use any voltage source you want in the Mini electronics box with a suitable current-limiting resistor.

Printing:

No supports required. Use PETG, ASA, or ABS and the recommended settings for Prusa printed parts in terms of layer height, infill, perimeters, etc.

Assembly:

You may need to file the rectangular opening due to printer and connector tolerances. It's designed to be a tight fit so that the LED doesn't slip once positioned. If you file it too much you can always superglue the connector in place once you're happy with placement

Replace stock spacer with this one. You only need to remove 3 screws to get it out.

Crimp your cable with suitable resistor inline, then slide it into the holder. You might find it easier to put the wires through the opening and slide the connector in from the “bottom” of the part as shown in the photo.

Insert your LED from below. I used an SMD LED on a pin header but a standard white 3mm one would work too and is probably easier to aim where you want it.

Make sure your LED doesn't extend below the nozzle - you don't want it to catch on your print!

To avoid scratching your print surface, you should probably re-check your first layer calibration since the position of the PINDA may have shifted slightly during this mod.
