Prusa Mini -> RETRACTABLE PURGE MECHANISM

This is a remix of the Retractable Purge Mechanism, by BigBrain3D. It is made to fit the Original Prusa Mini. This is very different from other remixes, and adapters, of the retractable purge mechanism because it's mounted on the left side of the printer. Nearly every part had to be mirrored from the original. It requires the same hardware as the original. Just print 1x each of the 9 files, then assemble as per the instructions on our site. An updated X axis end bracket is required and included in the download files. ***Update!!! New information from one of our customers who is using this retractable purge mechanism on the Original Prusa Mini: So… I printed the remaining parts and so far its looking great… But due to the specs of the Prusa Mini I had to make some modifications, which might be interesting, if someone else ist asking… Firstly the PINDA Sensor Holder was a bit too big, so I had to remove a part of it with a file(see attached image 'Where to file the PINDA.jpg'). Then I noticed, that the Software doesn't allow the Extruder Head to move completely to the left (and then the Retractable Purge Mechanism doesn't fit under the nozzle), since the limit there is -2, but it needs like a -6 or so… So I had to work around the usual homing process of the printer, which defines where it is by printing the attached stl file twice, so that when it homed to the right, it cant get to the z-Axis, but stops the needed millimeters before to allow the extruder head to go perfectly to the left and to the mechanism (the height of the 'auto-home-hack.stl' might have to be adjusted a bit, so it fits perfectly on other printers). And the last thing I noticed so far, was that the mechanism kinda affects the „stability“ of the x-Axis, as it just barely pulls it down. But the mesh leveling of the mini seems to get rid of that, I just had to move the steel sheet a bit to the left, cause the sensor would´t be over it at some probing points. Maybe these things might help when other people are asking about the retractable purge mechanism for their Prusa Mini. As for me, I am currently like 400 blobs in and so far they all have been perfect, so I am very happy with the mechanism so far!
