Prusa Mini Z top remix for DD extruders and top mount spool holder

This is a remix of Z Top for Prusa Mini. The extruder side is reduced to increase the gap when cloned dual drive extruders are used. Use a M3x6 screw to attach it to the z-motor. This creates more clearance for the extruder on top. In my case the extruder still clashes with the top but with this modification the clashing is reduced. The other modification is adding a hole on top to give some clearance to an M8 rod when using a top mounting spool like this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4111756. If you don't plan to use the top holder you can leave it as it is.
