(FAN-NOZZLE_Var2_v2.stl) As the original contributed design didn't fit on my MK2 the way I liked it to be, I decided to do a redesign that overcomes the airflow from the Prusa design leading timewise to termal instabilities of the nozzle temperature. This design redirects the airflow better to the printed part and minimizes cooling effects of the nozzle. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10% Notes: Printing with PLA is fine as it's far enough from the nozzle and no thermal melting effects should be expected. Print it as the .stl is oriented then no support is needed.
