I kind of like this one but unfortunately it is hard to find 608 bearing as it is quite expensive compared to procuring screws and nuts. I made adjustment so you only use screws and nuts instead of 608 bearings. Notes Bearings These are actually the gear bearing from Emmet Lalish, modified to accommodate to this application. Several models has been exported and adjust them using the openscad script you want. If you want to use the provided bearing, take note of the last 3 digit number of each model as those are the tolerance in the gear bearing in terms of microns These are meant to be used with arms L/R.stl which has small hex spacers and you just tighten the screw until it holds down the bearing center and the spacer so the outer wheel able to spin freely. These are quite tricky as I tried to print different tolerances, some printout resulting lesser friction while some higher friction even it is the same tolerance setting. Assembly Assembly are pretty straight forward. It is recommended to use locknut to secure them in place. If you're using "wheel.stl", make sure the wheel can move freely on the screw instead of being held in place without any rotation.
