PRUSA Mk2S Mean Well LRS / RSP specific PSU mount

thingiverse

This is a PSU mount for the Mean Well LRS-350 or RSP-320 for those that want an upgraded power supply for their PRUSA Mk.2. It will likely fit other Mean Well power supplies in the LRS or RSP series. this is a remix of Frio's excellent Mean Well LRS-350 specific mount for the PRUSA Mk3. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3329838 There are two versions, "Drill" and "No Drill". The "Drill" version requires that two 4mm holes be drilled in the Mk.2 metal frame to match the Mean Well mounting holes. The Back Plate Adapter for the "No Drill" version makes a good drilling template. I used this version as I prefer the grounded metal case of the Power Supply to be bolted directly to the metal frame of the PRUSA. It fit my Mk.2S perfectly. The "No Drill" version has a back plate adaptor that adapts the Mean Well PSU to the existing holes in the Mk.2 frame. This moves the Power Supply back 7mm and electrically isolates the PSU case from the PRUSA frame. I did not actually mount this version, but the test fit seemed OK. It might need some adjustment. This printed well at .2mm in ABS with no supports on the Bottom Cap or Back Plate and "touching build plate only" supports on the Cover itself.
