I made this ribbon cable clip to hold the cables to the frame, when having the LCD mounted on top. It uses 2x m3x10 screws, to screw into the existing holes in the frame. I first tried the wide clips from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2138737 But those got caught on the extruder cable bundle and got pulled down (the small top clips work great though).
