This bracket is specifically designed to upgrade a Prusa MK3 printer's stock power supply (PSU) to a Mean Well NES-350-24. Additionally, it moves the AC outlet to the back of the printer. Required Hardware: 4x M4x10mm Flat Screws (Mount PSU to Bracket // 2 Needed) 4x M3 Square Nuts (3x Bottom / 1x Housing) 1x M4x10mm Button Screw (Mount PSU to MK3 Frame) 4x M3x6mm Flat Screws(Mount Bottom to Housing) 2x M3x10mm Cap Screws (Mount Housing to MK3 Frame) 2x M3x10mm Flat or Button Top Screws (Mount AC Plug to Housing // 2x Needed) 2x M3 Stop Nuts (Mount AC Plug to Housing) The bulk of the hardware is available from the stock MK3 PSU. Please note the additional hardware needed In Bold Because of the PSU size difference between the stock and Mean Well, the pre-drilled holes in the MK3's frame only lines up with the bottom mounting hole on the Mean Well. If you want to hit both holes, you will need to drill an additional hole in your MK3 frame, however, it doesn't seem necessary. When this power supply bracket is installed, it is extremely sturdy. You do NOT need support to print this. The one location that needs support (the power switch slot) was designed with support in it and has it in the STL file. See the Slic3r screenshot for exact placement of parts. The square nuts are a loose fit intentionally. If you do not have square nuts (or lose one) you can use a standard M3 hex nut. It does make assembly a bit tricker as the square nuts can fall out. That said, I felt it was a good trade off to be able to work with both nut types. Everything is fairly straight forward as everything only fits in one way. Feel free to comment or message me if you have any questions. There is a slot for a cable tie where the cable bundle comes out of the PSU housing. The small cable ties the MK3 came with work perfectly. This is worth adding as it makes a big difference routing the cable. GCODE: Here is a dropbox link to the GCODE I used to print this on my MK3 using PETG Disclaimer: If you are not knowledgeable in AC wiring - please do not attempt this. The wiring inside the PSU can KILL YOU if you do not know what you are doing.
