This is the original Prusa mk3 r3 extruder body which I modified to fit 12 inductive sensor. Yes it does restrict the airflow but I have been using it for a few months and haven't noticed any issues. PS - Use brim. I failed first two prints because the outer half of the clamp has too little area and is prone to detach from heatbed during printing
