The MKS3+ IR sensor cover doesn't sit well as the adapter-printer doesn't sit flush with the rest of the assembly. I updated the fs-cover part to create a 1.3mm cutout for the adapter-printer so it sits and screws in better. See Step 35: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/guide/3b-mk3s-extruder-upgrade_186842
