Prusa MK3S Raspberry Pi3 Enclosure

This is a remix of the design submitted by LAB27. The original used the Einsy enclosure for the MK3. In my design, I took the Pi3 components of LAB27's design and married them to the MK3S original components. This gives the advantage of the MK3S wire supports that Prusa built into the MK3S enclosure, yet still allowing the use of the Raspberry Pi3 rather than the Pi Zero W that Prusa recommended. I also made some minor changes to the Pi3 enclosure which amounted to making a tighter fit for the external interfaces (USB, HDMI etc). Because the original back cover was hinged, I removed the hinges. The new cover is too long and the bed interferes with the opening with the original Prusa hinge design. I incorporated bolt accessible slots similar to the main enclosure.
