I adjusted the geometry of the selector to make the bridge on the window/cavity side a bit easier to print by eliminating a stepped section and adjusting an angle inside the cavity (see photo). I also edited the small area that sometimes won't print because the wall was too thin between the cavity and where the POM nut meet. There are still some small bridging issues over where the hex nut inserts on the lower part of the cavity (from the original model), but I didn't want to mess with the geometry too much. I also created a blade cover that matches the geometry of the selector. I couldn't find one that had the same rounded edges or hole profile where the filament enters. I don't use a blade, but I wanted the cover to complete the selector path. MMU2SelectorMagnetWindow.stl: uses the regular PRUSA supplied front cover with the festo connector. Selector_Magnet_Window_PC10Passthrough.stl: uses the front cover available with this Thing that uses a PC4-10 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3384288) BladeCoverV2 fits both. UPDATE 7/2/19: I added a second version of the selector that uses a PC4-M10 as a passthrough on the outbound side of the MMU2 to further shorten and eliminate areas for the filament to catch. Like the original (follow their directions), you will need to drill out the extra material used to create a better bridge before use. Print the cover with the PC4-M10 thread from the original Thing here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3384288 I've been using this selector with a lot of success, but being able to combine this passthrough with the window should increase the reliability even further. I also prefer the PC4-10 because with all the troubleshooting I've had the PRUSA festo connectors wear out and not grab any longer. This provides a much cheaper solution for replacement.
