Prusa Modular Mk3 Volcano Extruder - Cyclops Extruder

A while ago I designed a Mk3 style modular extruder to adapt to standard Prusa frame, I've since made a full set of extruders and am happily swapping them between my Prusa's to allow for easy nozzle size changing. I've also designed a cyclops bondtech extruder which fits the back plate, although I was never very happy with the performance of the hotend. I print primarily in PETG and continually got back pressure issues which caused jams, it might be fine if you're just printing PLA. I'm super happy with the regular titan extruders, I can comfortably print at 50mm/s using a 1mm nozzle. I have different versions of the rear plate, one which moves the exiting wires to the top to help with wire drooping over a long axis, and another with exit wires in the center like a normal Mk3. The extruders slide on and off the back plate on pins to ensure alignment, then 3 M4 screws lock the extruder in place. Required Hardware: 2 4x24mm pins 2 M3 40mm screws 2 M3 locknuts 4 M3 square nuts 6 25mm self threading screws 4 10mm self threading screws 3 M4 16mm screws 3 M4 nuts 40mm cooling fan 50mm blower fan BL-touch Bondtech extruder gears E-3D Titan Hotend Nema-17 The extruder is assembled just like the regular Mk3 extruder, then simply solder quick disconnects between the back plate and extruder to allow for easy swapping. With the BL-touch, it's quick to re-level the bed height to account for the size difference between nozzles. I currently have an extruder for 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, and 1.2mm nozzles, allowing to switch between them to vary strength/detail in parts has been hugely useful.
