Prusa RC3 US version for 3-8mm band

<p>I only have elastic that is 3-5mm so it wouldn't have worked great to try to wrap around the original Prusa US shield design (although I did remix a clip for that).</p> <p>So, I modified the design to accommodate an elastic (or otherwise) band up to 8mm wide. You can just tie the band through the slits in the band instead of securing them to the post.</p> <p>I also reduced the height to 15mm to save on material - it still prints very strong so no issues there.</p>
