Prusa-style encoder knob for Ender 3

I really like the look and function of the Prusa encoder knob, and it actually works on the Ender 3, but it looks a little small on the Ender 3 control box. So, I kept the original encoder shaft receptacle as is, but sized up the rest of the knob a little bit. I usually use a Creative Commons license for my things, but since I'm remixing Prusa's design, I will retain the GPL v3 license.
