UPDATE: * 05th June 2020 updated Now there are 5 ender3s for stock, direct drive, BLT. and i also add a printer with combo settings with prusas ender settings. and there are my good printing setting i hope you enjoy it. please comment to make it better. UPDATE: * 24st Dec 2019 Updated i think it is much better and faster now. there is only one printer for stock ender 3 if you have direct drive; you need to change the retraction length and minimum travel after retraction. if you have BLT or any other bed leveling sensors you need to add G29 to start Gcode. Bed shape = 230x230 if you want you can change it to 220x220 or 235x235 print settings tab added: 0.05 mm 0.10 mm 0.15 mm 0.20 mm 0.30 mm 0.35 mm Run the PrusaSlicer. After than go "File" -> "import" -> "import config bundle" -> and choose the file named "PrusaSlicer_config_bundle.ini" that you download. __________________________________________________________________ UPDATE: * 1st Dec 2019 Updated some improvement ... i will write it down when i have time. Version 2 (v2) has better layer height options on print settings tab, : - 0.3mm draft v2 - 0.3mm v2 - 0.3mm speed v2 - 0.2mm quality v2 - 0.2mm speed v2 - 0.15mm quality v2 Normally first layer speed is 25mm/s. But with speed settings it is faster.(so be careful if you have problem with sticking on bed). And it disables fan for first 3 layers. * On Printer Settings Tab: There are 4 printers now - Ender 3 v2 Stock Ender which mean no bltouch(no ABL sensor) no direct drive - Ender 3 v2 + DD = (this is ender with Direct Drive - thats why retraction is 1mm) if you have DD choose this printer settings. - Ender 3 v2 + G29 = if you have an ABL sensors choose this printer settings (because on start Gcode there is G29 code for Auto bed level before print) - Ender 3 v2 + DD + G29 = ( DD means Direct Drive and on start Gcode there is "G29" code for Auto bed level before print) if you have both DD and BTL (or other ABL sensors) choose this printer setting. I am very happy with my PrusaSlicer. I was using Cura before. And now i am very happy with my PrusaSlicer now. I think it is much better easy to use and use less ram and cpu power on pc. As an Ender 3 user with my settings I had very good results. I hope u enjoy it. Maybe my settings help you or you can remix it. Or give me tips, suggestions for it to make it better. First you need to download the PrusaSlicer from: https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/releases Or https://www.prusa3d.com/drivers/ Than go run the PrusaSlicer. After than go "File" -> "import" -> "import config" -> and choose the file . There is Two versions of settings. One with direct drive, other with PTFE for stock Ender. I am using direct drive. That is why my retract distance is 2. it is ok with most filaments with some 1 or 0.8. If you want to change retraction: open the PrusaSlicer and go "Printer setting" tab - choose Ender 3 - go "Extruder 1" from left - and change "Retraction" "Length" to 5 - 8 or what is best for your printer.
