Boredom in quarantine got me, so I made this. This frame is for the original SCPH-10350/10281 IDE adaptors using the 3.5" IDE HDD. It was made to obstruct the airflow as little as possible, while providing a snug fit inside the expansion bay. It was made specifically for my SCPH-50004 (v9) model, but i tried to account for the air passages of other FAT models as well. The 3rd party IDE/SATA should work too, as long as the space between HDD and adaptor is around 3mm. More than 3mm and things are going to get tight, less than 3 and there is a risk, that the drive disconnects during transport. But as long as you are using IDE drive it should be fine. If anybody wants to modify it, be my guest. You just drop it into slicer of you choice, printing two pieces, one normal and one mirrored. Fitment was tested on 8 different drives, but since the SFF specified drive tolerances are so small, it should fit without any problem. As of now it fitted inside all of my Fat PS2's, be it the launch 30k, 35k or end of the line 50k models.
