PS5 Mini Wheel Modification/Remix

This is a modification of the ubiquitous PS5 controller mini wheel add-on by pixel2: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4693372 Here is a video of it being printed and operated: https://youtube.com/shorts/xQ8_doe1zzo My modification stiffens up the steering rack and adds a more robust control-stick actuator, among other things. See the pictures for parts and installation details. Printing details: Anycubic Vyper, PLA, 0.15mm resolution. Some post-processing is required to remove supports, smooth down the rack base, and tightly fit the bearing onto the steering wheel. I intentionally made everything barely over tolerances, since it is easier to remove material than add it back in. If everything goes well, the final product will be very rigid and won't flop around like the original design. It helps to plug in a USB-C to controller, which keeps the top clip from sliding around.
