I am building Prusa Bear half upgrade printer from spare parts.
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2562174
I had to buy new PSU for that. Unfortunately, I bough higher wattage one, that had bigger case than original Prusa. So I had to design new PSU cover for that. Nothing fancy like the Prusa's but working quite OK.

I have to drill new 4 mm hole in the Z gantry because the original one is not high enough for this bigger case.
Or - there is better solution. If the PSU is supposed to be used on Prusa Bear upgrade, just mount it on the bottom mounting tab and use the existing hole in the Z-gantry to mark position of another mounting hole on the PSU aluminum case. Then take the PSU off again and open the case. Carefuly drill 3.4 mm hole and tap it either with M4 tap or M4 screw. Be careful not to leave any alu shavings in the PSU case or you can short the circuit. Blow all the shavings off the case before you close it again and mount on the frame.

I am uploading simple spacer that goes between the gantry and case.

I am also uploading the commented scad file if anyone would need to accommodate it for different mounting options or switch.

All the mounting holes are M4.

UPDATE:
PSU Cover V2
Different plug and switch placement. Smaller inner reinforcement. Bigger DC outlet hole for thicker leads.
I needed the change in order to allow mounting of Prusa MK3 Power Panic board. The PP board is soldered directly on the plug terminals.

UPDATE 2:
PSU Cover V3 - with better fit for Bear upgrade since I built the Full Bear frame at last.
Hole for outlet DC leads is in the bottom. I needed that because I wanted to lead the DC through the V-Slot extrusion (needed to make longer leads though and patch the power panic leads too).
Also, I uncovered the lower mounting hole that would be used to mount the PSU to V-Slot Z-frame.

Print instructions

Category: 3D Printer Parts Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: i3 MK2 MMU

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.2

Infill: 20%

Notes:

Printed from PETG.

3 perimeters.

I designed integrated supports for large cuts for switch/plug/output hole.
