PSU Business Card Case 90mm x 54mm

This is a 90mm x 54mm business card case. I designed this to be easy to print with no fiddly little pins needed. Since it is two parts, you don't have to worry about the parts getting fused together like can happen in one piece designs. The lid will snap into place. It's tight, but there is no danger of it falling apart once assembled. I printed this for someone who wanted the Penn State PSU Nittany Lion Shield logo. I have also included a plain lid with no logo. Be aware that the Penn State logo can not be reproduced for profit without proper licensing. I have also placed a non-commercial license on this. Feel free to reproduce for your own use, but it can not be reproduced by any paid printing service or for resale. Print Settings Printer: Custom Kossel 2020 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 200 micron Notes: This case is designed to be printed at 200 micron (0.2mm) resoultion. If this resolution is not used, the part will not slice as designed and the quality will be degraded. The lid should be printed top side down. Supports under the embossed part of the logo didn't really seem to help much in my case. I did turn up the layer cooling fan on layer 4 (the floor of the logo) however.
