PSU Cap for DPS5005
thingiverse
I made a cap to fit the end of a standard Mean Well PSU, giving me enough room inside to handle the DPS5005 and two 8mm banana binding posts. I modified the PSU to have the power supply cable exit the rear through a grommet mounted in the rear of the aluminum case. This is relatively easy to do, but be warned: you'll need to open a mains level PSU with potentially lethal voltages inside. Don't say I didn't warn you - no responsibility will be taken for any damage caused by your actions, including burning down your house or killing yourself and others. You've been warned. In the end, everything fits together really neatly and is extremely convenient.
