This version is a little less safe than the original, but it seems to work OK. ABS would be the best material, but I printed it in a Pro PLA and it seems fine. 1. You'll need supports for this version. 2. I drilled in the holes for the stand off screws I used to mount the Pi 4. 3. I used nylon standoff screws/nuts from a random amazon kit I had laying around. - There isn't a lot of space between the PSU and the pi 4 but there is an air gap and air flow seems OK. I left the bottom simple so you just hot glue the relay in place. I've found quite a bit of variability in the relays you get off amazon so there wasn't much point in putting mounts on this thing. If you are not comfortable with wiring this one may not be for you. At this time I don't plant to make changes to this model, but if I break it somehow I'll probably improve it.
