PSVR stand remix - cleaned top part

This is a remix of the top part of [hvmhvm's](https://www.thingiverse.com/Hvmhvm/about) PSVR stand remix ([thing:2129550](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2129550)). I removed the holes of the original stand as they are not used by the remixed stand and removed the countersink in the screw holes because I wanted to use regular screws. You'll need 2 M4x10 screws and 2 M4 nuts
