Update: there is a typo in the BOM, C3 screws are M4 This is the E3DV6 compatible version of the Ptairo V1 duct. The new system is even more modular. The duct has been redesigned, resulting in better airflow, and quieter operation. The extrem overhang test shows my best results ever: Material: Sunlu PLA+ Nozzle temp: 235 C Layer height: 0.24 (!) Fan:100% Ambient temp: 30 C Passed: 70, 75, 80 deg!!! CFD simulation test will be added later. You can use direct drive mounts, and probably i'll design my own later :) Parts: Base + fastener Ducts: Part cooling Inlet L Inler R Outler L Outler R Hotend ducts: 40X0V: the vertical mount for 4010 and 4020 fans, my preferred one 40X0H: the horizontal mount for 4010-and 4020 fans 5015H: the mount for 5015 fans :D -i know, its on overkill, but why not xD Mounts: BLTouch mount All screws and their sizes are in the BOM xls in the zip file ;) Print settings: below + advices: I tested the base with PLA. Probably an electrycity outage wont melt it, as it can whistand an unventilated hotend cooldown from 235 C. BUT if you get a faulty fan, you can experience some problems over time 😅 PETG is a better material, but i used ASA/ABS as it doenst deform up to 90 C. For the ducts: If you print PLA, than PLA is good, if you print PETG mostly, than use PETG for the ducts. And if you happen to print ASA, with a 100c bed, prepare extensive deforming if your choosen material was PLA xDDD- seriously, it was at lest 50C environment in my enclosure. Give me feedback!
