Simple Small case for a PTC 12V 100W hearter. **Non-Printed Components Needed:** **PTC heater used: [PTC Car Air Heater 100W 12V](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07B26KKH7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)** **Velcro for easy mounting: [VELCRO Brand Industrial Strength](https://www.amazon.com/VELCRO-Brand-Industrial-Fasteners-Professional/dp/B0010HADEA/ref=sxin_2_ac_d_rm?ac_md=1-1-dmVsY3JvIHN0cmlwcyB3aXRoIGFkaGVzaXZl-ac_d_rm&crid=1QAHBUFFY0OOV&keywords=velcro&pd_rd_i=B0010HADEA&pd_rd_r=75510662-b108-46e6-a8a7-76d3f0f6a1c2&pd_rd_w=HhnEJ&pd_rd_wg=o9VYN&pf_rd_p=2938a786-9bec-4d37-8c06-456e3edce5d1&pf_rd_r=NZ5RWDCJRECZ1DAJNMXC&psc=1&qid=1571651420&sprefix=vel%2Caps%2C142)** **3/8"or 1/2" Braded sleeve for the wires** **2 or 3 zip ties** **10mm rubber grommet** I used the Epax X1 resin printer, but a FDM printer will work too. Velcro used to attach the PTC Heater assembly to the left inside wall of the Epax X1. I also drilled a 10mm hole in the left side of the Epax X1 to feed the wires out of the Epax X1. The power wires to the PTC heater and fan are separate which is a good Idea as so you can have constant power to the fan portion (connect the fan power wires directly to the power supply or you can add another switch that just supplies power to the fan) of the PTC heater and the the output of the temperature controller going to the heater. This operation is good for extending the life of the heater. I would not connect this heater to the Epax X1 internal 12V power supply. It will draw too much current.
