Syndaver did a great job creating this simple and elegant PTFE Cutter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4549804) Because I don't need it as a keychain, I decided to make one larger and more robust. I think it's easier to handle and more reliable. I also added slots for a more angled cut besides the 45 and 90 degrees. I was designed for a PTFE tube with 4mm OD and 6mm thick blade.
