After using the original now for a while I ran into an issue. Despite the PTFE tubing being very tight in the coupler parts the rattling of my printer managed to slightly pull the tube ends apart. Just enough that feeding in a filament didn't work well all the time. Even worse is that these tubes have tolerances and if one goes in tight the other one "falls thru".....

Then I remembered that I had some tube fittings for 4mm tubing with M6 threads laying around. I took the original parts and modified the ends to accommodate those fittings.

The parts should be printed in the orientation they have in the STL files. The female part may be better with support but I printed without but the male part definitely needs it. Print parameters: 0.15mm resolution with adaptive layers. Infill 30% cubic with double line.

The M6-test.stl is provided to get the thread to the correct dimensions. It should be a tight fit but that most likely has to be corrected by adjusting the inner hole correction factor.

As it is also important that the PTFE tubes are cut square I also designed a cutting fixture. Most likely the 4mm hole doesn't come out as 4mm. Then just drill thru with 4mm and use a reamer to get it really to 4mm. One is for a blade width of 0.5mm, the other one for 0,7mm.
