PTS200 case insert

Increased the size of the clamp to accomodate the PTS200 USB-C soldering iron. Also added a cutout to make it easier to pull out the iron. #### IMPORTANT ####Both the outer case and the inserts have to be printed at 110% X-length since the iron is quite a bit longer than Pinecils. I didn't bother to change the length of the model, cause it was just a quick and dirty mod. ################## The insert top is optional. But I had issues with the original tolerances and the insert protruding ever so slightly, making me unable to close the case. The modded top is ~1.5mm shorter height wise.The spool holders are required cause the originals won't fit anymore due to the 110% skew. Glue both parts together. Printed mine with no supports, 0.2mm layer height.
