In theory, this can be launched by spinning the shaft... In practice, it doesn't seem to be printable and the propeller isn't efficient enough. Modified based on a suggestion in the comments. New version is untested. Instructions Hopefully, this can be printed 'shaft up' on a makerbot or its like.
