This is a backer plate quarter section. It was designed to strengthen the belt pulley and keep the bolts straight on the Bowflex Max Trainer M3 and M5. You can drill out the threads and use 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" bolts with shoulders, cut the extra thread off the bolt and file smooth. Locktite the bolts for good hold, Print 50% or over for strength.
