This is a HOLT-inspired design for a pulley block, crafted with precision using M3 machine screws. For optimal results, it's recommended to print the assembly in PETG at a 0.2 layer height, with supports tailored to specific use cases and infill adjusted accordingly. On May 31st, 2019, this design successfully lifted 30 kilograms before encountering an issue where the wheel cracked. A reprint of the wheel was undertaken with a 40% infill adjustment, which resolved the problem and allowed for continued use.
